Good Act.

As you can tell from my blogs, Jim and I are well on our way to fully decorating the first room of our home! On Sunday, we decided to purchase furniture. We had already spoken with a salesman on Friday and went back to seal the deal on Sunday afternoon.

After further browsing, we discovered a sofa table that was on CLEARANCE. However, our salesman, Kerry, told us that the table must be taken that day since it was on clearance and since they could not hold merchandise at the store, since it would be sold to someone else. He said we would talk about the table in a few minutes.

He gave us a discount on the price of the sofa and chair and even reduced our delivery charge!! He then told us that he would personally drop the table off to our home on Friday with his own van - this was truly selfless on his part! I was so happy that we would still get the table and the fact that Kerry would be willing to go out of his way after work just to ensure that we could have our new table. I would definitely head back to Value City Furniture for future purchases. It was truly pleasant!
