Disclaimer: The story below is horrifying and not for the weak-stomached. I heard this on the news this morning and could not even believe that someone could do this.

How could this happen? Why would someone do this? Without purpose, without motivation.
My heart is saddened at the thought of people in our world like this. These stories are what make me believe in the death penalty. With a number of witnesses, there is no doubt as to guilt.

I guess I disagree with you. How could you listen/read a story like that and think that more death is the answer? I don't think anyone should have the power to choose whether someone lives or dies; not the psychotic killer, and not you nor any 12 other people.
