If you know anything about me, you know I am a messy, cluttered person. My condo is typically in shambles unless I am suddenly spurred on to clean it (usually when company is on its way over). I want to know how to get everything organized and help to KEEP it that way. With only two of us living there, it shouldn’t be a problem, but for some reason, it usually is! Any helpful tips for keeping your home straightened and organized?
On another note, Jim and I have also considered the possibility of renovating some aspects of our condo. Does anyone out there have any handy tips OR do you have any skills you could lend us when it comes time to do a project?
Jim and I are garagesaleaholics. Please let me know if you are interested in going with us – we go often.

One tip for staying organized... stay away from garage sales... HAHAHAHA! I know, it can be addicting.
I might know a thing or two about a thing or two when it comes to renovation.
I am quite good at demolition. ;-P
i am a good thrower awayer. i have the ability to de-sentimentalize anything and everything. I'm great at eliminating clutter, because I am able to devalue items and rationalize pitching them. If you need to organize, call me! If you need to clean, call me.
You and I have a lot in common. I make a mad dash to clean my house when company is coming over too. That's why I have people over all the time...so my house will be clean. I'm with Bethany about giving things away. They say if you haven't used something or worn something in one year's time you should get rid of it. And don't replace the junk you get rid of with more junk!
